December 30th
1:00 pm – 7:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Ohio State Alumni Sports Tours Hospitality Desk will be staffed on the second floor of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown behind the WG Cafe. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm | THE OHIO STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WELCOME RECEPTION
Join us for a welcome reception with light hors d’oeuvres and drinks to mingle with fellow travelers at Tom’s Watch Bar in LA Live.
Shuttles begin at 5:15 between the hotel and Tom’s. If you would rather walk, the hotel is an approximate 10-minute walk from Tom’s Watch Bar.
December 31st
7:30 am | ROSE PARADE FLOAT VIEWING MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach transportation departs for the Float Viewing Tour. Please note: this was an optional tour that was available for pre-purchase. Please meet in the Lower Level of the Intercontinental by 7:15 am.
8:00 am – 1:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS

January 1st – Game Day!
5:00 am | ROSE PARADE MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coach transportation departs for the Rose Parade. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please note: this was an optional tour that was available for pre-purchase. Please meet in the lower level of the InterContinental by 4:45 am.
9:30 am | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
For guests not participating in the Rose Parade optional tour, motor coach transportation departs for Pasadena. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please meet in the lower level of the InterContinental by 9:15 am.
11:00 am – 2:00 pm | PREGAME HUDDLE ON THE ROAD
Takes place at the Terry Donahue Pavilion, TCL Club, Level C at Rose Bowl Stadium.
Please note motor coach transportation departs for Pasadena at 9:30 am. Coffee, tea, and a boxed breakfast will be provided. Please meet in the lower level of the Intercontinental by 9:15 am.
2:10 pm | KICKOFF – GO BUCKEYES!

Motor coaches depart for return to the hotel from Lot K. Please exit Gate A and look for the OSUAA tour signs directing you to your designated motor coach. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
